Barbara M. Hill: Founder and Principal
Prior to founding The Grenview Group, Barbara was the President of a successful $500M+ growth business in healthcare so she understands what it takes to be a C-suite leader.
She also knows what it means and what it takes to be a woman at the helm. Catalyst Canada named Barbara - one of 13 women CEO's in a "Line" officer position (those operating roles directly responsible for corporate profits) of Canada's 500 largest companies (2003).
Armed with the wisdom from her practical experience and a passion for strategic execution and organizational health - The Grenview Group is dedicated to helping organizations be more successful, and teams and leaders, more effective.
Barbara has her Institute of Corporate Directors designation and an MBA. She is also a member of Women Get on Board.
She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband enjoying her children and their families.
